# Charter Broker Onboarding Process

Learn about the onboarding process for retail agents (RA) as charter brokers on Calendars

Just as we do for Central Agencies, we carefully review all sign-up requests for Calendars by Ankor to maintain a high standard of credibility, transparency, and data integrity. Our thorough onboarding process is designed to accommodate both experienced **retail brokers affiliated with recognized firms** and **independent brokers**. The goal is to ensure that only legitimate, experienced, and professional brokers gain access, safeguarding the integrity of the platform while fostering a trusted network.

## **Documentation required for RAs**

We have introduced a formal framework designed to ensure broker legitimacy, accountability, and operational capability, with clearly defined documentation standards, verification procedures, and justifications.

**Onboarding Process:**  
**Step 1:** Customer must sent required minimun documentation to gain access to Calendars  
**Step 2:** Review process. Typically takes 48-72 hours or 2-3 business days. If additional information is needed, we'll contact you.  
**Step 3:** Once approved, you will receive an email with your login instructions.

## **Documentation required for RAs (Charter Brokers)**

## **Minimum required documentation to get started:**

You need to have at least 2 proved charters completed in order to be granted access.  
In case you do have 2 charters but do not have all listed docs above, you will have 6 months to provide the rest, but you need to have at least the below ones to get started:

1.  2 charters completed (with proof)
2.  Business Afilliation docs
3.  Industry references
