Editing Your Yacht's profile
Managing your yacht’s profile is crucial, but it doesn’t have to be difficult. Here’s a quick summary of the different categories of data your yacht’s profile should include:
Specifications: Add details about the yacht that are unlikely to change frequently, such as dimensions, builder, designer, refit year, and more.
Toys & Amenities: This is where you list the toys, amenities, entertainment options, and tenders available on your yacht, such as slides, jetskis, satellite TV, and more. Keeping this information up to date is essential to avoid disappointing guests.
Pricing: Edit the pricing options available for your yacht. Customize the information to suit your pricing structure.
Seasons: Specify the seasons your yacht operates in and the corresponding time periods. You can also link pricing options to specific seasons, controlling when those prices apply throughout the year.
Crew: Adding crew profiles helps build trust and put a face to the name of your vessel. Include details like their name, job title, description, background, and a photo.
Media: Upload high-resolution images of your yacht’s interior, exterior, and lifestyle shots, including photos of toys and amenities.
CA Contact: Provide the contact information for anyone who handles inquiries about your yacht or responds to a special offer on the Noticeboard. Accurate details are essential to avoid lost inquiries.
How to edit your yacht's profile
Opening the editor
1. Start by going to your Yacht's profile and clicking the button titled 'Edit'. This will open the Yacht's profile editor.
2. If this is your first time adding information to your yacht's profile, we recommend following the categories in order. Be sure to fill out all available fields as accurately as possible before proceeding to the next category.
3. To continue to the next category, click 'Save and proceed' at the base over every category.
